    Atlanta (Hybrid): Lead a high-impact team driving pricing strategy and margin performance. Bring expertise in cost data, margin analytics, and cost-to-serve. Leverage BI tools, influence executives, and support complex deals to fuel profitable growth.

    Job Purpose:

    Our Pricing Manager leads pricing execution and strategy for our Corporate Accounts team. This role sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and sales — owning how we price for our largest and most complex customers while building the roadmap that keeps us competitive and profitable.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Ensure that operational requirements to implement and execute pricing actions in pricing and quoting systems are effective. Continually scrutinize current analytics processes to develop and implement improved, efficient, and insightful processes. 
    Systematically deploy a set of key pricing levers tailored specific to each business unit to surgically reset prices to market levels.
    Utilize data and coordinate with business leaders to generate deep insights and discover and implement effective solutions to pricing strategies.
    Thought partner and catalyst for automating pricing processes and devise a scalable way to execute the pricing strategy. 
    Ensure continuity of supplier cost-pass-through price increase processes, and excellent support of price management for our customers.
    Determine prioritization of projects and work with cross functional partners to include the execution and delivery of initiatives, processes, and system improvements for internal stakeholders.
    Lead and develop team members and serve as a mentor for growth opportunities. 
    Stay connected to and evaluates pricing developments and trends to ensure new thought leadership and capabilities are introduced into the various business groups.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience working with cost data, margin analytics, or cost-to-serve concepts in a commercial or operational setting.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience working with pricing systems, ERP platforms, or BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, or similar).
    • Proven ability to communicate pricing strategy and recommendations clearly to sales and executive audiences.
    • Proven experience working with large, complex customer accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder deal processes.
    • Solid understanding of margin management, cost structures, and contract economics.
    • Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of individuals.
       

    Work Experience:

    5-10 years of related experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and develop direct reports, as well as size up new talent.

    5-10 years of related job experience. Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment. Ability to work quickly and efficiently. Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required. Experienced in providing leadership to others regarding work related systems, processes, and challenges. Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives. Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
