The Pricing & Item Master Specialist will create and manage product data for Sturtevant Richmont; create and update product BOM and routing setups, item changes, and cost rolls in the corporate system; serve as the key contact with corporate Item Master teams; assist engineering with product cost development, BOM creation, and cost rolls; and handle engineering document control and change notice processes.


  • Coordinate pricing initiatives, including communication, updating pricing statements of understanding and other project documentation.
  • Monitor changes in product specifications, pricing, or suppliers and update records accordingly.
  • Coordinate annual price changes, validating all updates to ensure accuracy and integrity of the process and results.
  • Process and review new item setups to ensure accuracy of all product data and structures.
  • Create, process, and update all product data, including cost and routing instructions.
  • Provide product specs and other product info as requested from Customer Service, Sales and Product Management.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering on in-sourcing projects.
  • Manage the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) process and Engineering Product Data Management system (EPDM).
    Perform EPDM updates in Solidworks based on approved ECNs.
  • Supervise the document control processes including product manuals, change control board agenda, and complete ECN signature process/close ECNs.
  • All other tasks as required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, supply chain management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business/pricing environment; knowledge of business principles and issues.
  • Previous work with Harmonized Tariff Schedules preferred.
  • Extensive experience in item master/product data management/pricing.
    Experience with ERP systems (LN) or equivalent
    Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing process flow.
    Able to work with engineering, drafting, machinists, purchasing, and management to resolve product and manufacturing issues.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and processes. Experience reading schematics, drawings and test procedures.
  • Good teamwork skills.
    Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize many projects at once with minimal supervision.
  • Good knowledge of troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution skills.
    Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.
Salary range: $85,000 to $95,000 depending on experience.
