The Pricing Analyst V develops cost/price proposals, including strategic planning, analysis, and budget review, in a remote setting (preferably near HQ or able to travel). US citizenship is required.
Responsibilities include creating pricing strategies aligned with contract principles, collaborating across teams, ensuring proposal quality, and mentoring staff on complex proposals. Staying current with industry trends and identifying new business opportunities are also key.
Required skills are deep knowledge of commercial real estate and facilities management, extensive pricing strategy expertise, strong proposal development skills, excellent communication, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with Basis of Estimates and Bills of Materials. Experience in commercial IFM is essential.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 12+ years in cost proposal development, with 8+ years if holding a master’s degree. Ability to handle multiple deadlines and extended hours is necessary. Travel may be up to 20%.
