Discover the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team and help shape our global pricing strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Pricing and cross-functional teams to deliver data-led insights that optimise sales performance, drive margin growth, and enhance market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Pricing and the wider pricing team in achieving the global pricing strategy
- Use available tools to support decision-making that optimises sales and margins
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure market prices remain competitive and that margin and volume objectives are aligned
- Act as a key stakeholder, managing relationships across business areas to support group objectives
- Conduct competitor analysis, identify trends, and monitor and report on competitor activity with proposed actions
- Interpret data and KPIs to inform pricing decisions and actions, quantifying potential impacts and risks; monitor and measure outcomes
- Apply commercial and financial acumen to assess business risks and support informed decision-making
- Support revenue targets by balancing opportunities and risks, identifying strengths and weaknesses in client proposals to support the sales process and improve effectiveness
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a pricing, revenue management, or commercial analysis role
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in data manipulation and reporting
- Strong numerical skills with an interest in applying insights beyond data analysis
- Ability to extract and analyse data to generate commercial insights and recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Proactive approach, with motivation to support continuous improvement initiatives
- This role is primarily remote, with an expectation to attend quarterly team meetings in the London office and occasional travel to London for additional ad hoc meetings as required.
