- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to standards; rotate stock and remove damaged products.
- Operate equipment like band saws, grinders, and wrapping machines following safety protocols.
- Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and proper storage in refrigerated and frozen areas.
- Unload trucks, lift heavy loads, and handle products weighing up to 90 lbs.
- Assist customers with selections and promote sales; adhere to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Complete training, follow policies, and work cooperatively with team members.
- Stand for long shifts, work in varying temperatures, and perform overtime as needed.
Qualifications include strong communication, basic math skills, food safety knowledge, physical ability to lift and stand, and ability to work in a team environment.
