The Meat Cutter Clerk ensures a positive customer experience by preparing and displaying meat products according to standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing courteous assistance.
- Perform meat cutting, trimming, and product rotation in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Operate equipment such as band saws, grinders, and knives safely and efficiently.
- Handle products, unload trucks, and lift up to 90 lbs. as needed.
- Maintain sanitation, monitor refrigeration, and follow health regulations.
- Assist customers, promote sales, and adhere to store policies and regulations.
- Work in varying temperatures, stand for long shifts, and work cooperatively with team members.
- Complete training, follow safety protocols, and perform other assigned tasks.
