The Preventative Maintenance Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing and improving the PM program, managing contracts, and supporting customer service for industrial clients such as cold storage and production facilities.
They develop relationships with customers, coordinate with service teams, and work with sales and other departments to ensure contract obligations are met. Key duties include creating work orders, maintaining equipment data, supporting reporting, and building out the PM department within the industrial service segment.
Qualifications include a BA/BS degree, 1-3 years of service or maintenance planning experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with business software.
