- Salary: $80-$100/hour plus bonuses on prevailing wage projects
- Full-time role with travel required
- Supervise and mentor crews, ensuring quality and compliance with government specs
- Coordinate daily tasks, manage technical issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets
- Represent the company professionally with contractors, officials, and inspectors
- Require proven foreman experience on prevailing wage plumbing projects, strong technical skills, and ability to interface with government personnel
- Preferred: 10+ years experience, formal trade training, and knowledge of federal standards
