Role: Pressroom Die Installation & Setup Technician
Location: Mooresville, IN

Your Mission
Own efficient setups, protect product quality, and keep production on target. You’ll collaborate with a high-performance team while working directly with stamping presses, tooling, and material handling systems.
What You’ll Tackle
- Set dies in operating stamping presses, working confidently with full-revolution and part-revolution equipment.
- Load/unload coils to support the press line and associated machinery.
- Use gauges, micrometers, and similar instruments to validate quality.
- Compute inventory requirements to satisfy production orders.
- Apply safe hand tool practices and read blueprints with precision.
- Operate and maintain equipment both within the department and in adjacent areas.
- Cross-train to expand your capabilities and back up teammates when needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-5 years of Manufacturing, Machine Operator, or Stamping Press Experience.
