Location: Robbinsville, NJ

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM | Monday - Friday

Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and strong punctuality
• Ability to lift 35 pounds or more regularly
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and product quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures
• Ability to work well under the direction of press operators and production leadership

Job Duties:

• Assist the press operator and roll tender with daily printing operations
• Help operate and monitor printing press equipment
• Follow production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Review job bags and verify correct job information for stacker setup
• Ensure the correct load flags are used for each production run
• Complete load flag documentation accurately, including initials, shift, bundle quantities, pallet counts, and net amounts
• Verify proper pallets and end boards are used for each product
• Set up and adjust the stacker to maximize bundle quality and reduce product damage
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support quality and production goals throughout the shift
