Brake Press, Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Machine Tool, Manufacturing, Printing, Punch Press
PrideStaff is seeking experienced Press Break Operators for a well-known manufacturing company in Escalon, CA!
Responsibilities Include the Following:
- Create press plate and supply to press operator
- Assist the press operator to help get the press
- Operate the flexographic printing press
- Training new press helpers and assistant press operators
- Set up of press machine
- Run and operate a press machine
- Set up and operate forge press and trim press
- Set up break press machine
- Adjust and monitor color on press
- Check color and registration on four-color press
- Set up and operate press brake
- Execute press operator(s) instructions
- Setting up press brake tooling
- Function as a track press operator
- Adjust and operate punch press equipment
- Fabricating pieces using brake press machine
- Conduct maintenance checks on press
- Operate and set up a flexographic printing press
- Perform press operator duties as needed throughout the shift or in the absence of the press operator
- Prepare and operate press units and folders for scheduled press runs, which includes reviewing press layouts and properly positioning press plates, installing color ink canisters or operating color
Qualifications Include the Following:
- Recent, relevant work experience within the past 12 months
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm starting between $16.90/HR-$26/HR depending on experience.
