Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We"re looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you"ll be responsible for accurately bending, forming, and shaping sheet metal components according to detailed blueprints and production specifications. You"ll play an essential role in keeping production efficient, precise, and on schedule-while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

What You"ll Do
- Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machinery to form metal parts according to job orders and drawings.
- Select and install proper tooling, dies, and back gauges for each production run.
- Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
- Make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout production.
- Perform routine machine checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
- Identify and report equipment issues, material defects, or deviations from specifications.
- Work closely with welders, fabricators, and quality inspectors to resolve production challenges.
- Accurately record production data, part counts, and inspection results.
- Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Always follow safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area.



What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience operating a press brake or other metal fabrication machinery (training available for mechanically inclined candidates).
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and part specifications.
- Knowledge of sheet metal forming techniques and material handling.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot on the floor.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
