Your Responsibilities:
- Master the Machine: Set up and operate manual and CNC hydraulic press brakes (175 & 250 ton) with meticulous attention to tonnage limits and bend sequences.
- Technical Precision: Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications to ensure every component meets exact standards.
- Analytical Layout: Use specialized tools and math to measure and mark reference points with high accuracy.
- Stable Operations: Follow established safety and quality procedures consistently, contributing to a calm and reliable shop floor.
What You Bring (Requirements):
- Technical Expertise: 1+ year of experience in press brake operation or a similar fabrication setting where precision was paramount.
- Deliberate Mindset: A strong work ethic focused on reliability and an eye for the smallest details.
- Team Reliability: A collaborative but independent worker who can communicate technical needs clearly within a team setting.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and maintain focus during a compressed 4-day work week.
Schedule & Stability:
- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Thursday, 40 hours/week, providing a consistent and predictable schedule.
- Occasional Overtime: Mandatory overtime only when necessary to meet our high production standards.
