We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of press brake experience who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality components.
Job Details:
- Pay: $21/hr
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)
- Location: 80915
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor stamping presses and press brake machines to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Set up machinery for production runs, adjusting settings for optimal performance.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance to maintain equipment reliability and safety.
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues, working collaboratively with team members to find solutions.
- Fabricate parts using CNC machinery, lathes, or welding techniques as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of press brake experience (Required)
- Prior experience as a Press Operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC machines, stamping presses, and press brake machines.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges.
- Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to quality control and continuous improvement.
