Superior Industries is seeking a quality-focused Press Brake Operator who brings a high level of accuracy and the ability to accurately bend, form, and fabricate parts to support our production goals. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the shaping of our metal inventory, translating complex technical prints into flawlessly fabricated components for our assembly teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read, analyze, and work directly from technical drawings, industrial blueprints, and various dimension layouts to secure precise production alignment.
- Precision Fabrication: Utilize press brake machinery to bend, shape, and fabricate metal components according to strict tolerances and exact project specifications.
- Documentation & Tracking: Keep production documents and tracking paperwork fully updated, logging any real-time structural revisions or part adjustments.
- Material Handling & Safety: Operate heavy material handling machinery, such as forklifts and overhead cranes, with a strict commitment to safety rules. Candidates must secure and maintain all relevant equipment training certifications.
- Team Support: Adapt to production needs and perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications
- Blueprint Literacy: Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints to accurately map out raw material setups.
- Experience: Previous experience operating fabrication machinery of 1+ years preferred.
- Fractional Accuracy: Skilled in measuring 1/8" and 1/16" gradations on a tape measure.
- Conversion Competency: Capable of converting fractions to decimals.
- Safety Mindset: Committed to earning and keeping required heavy-equipment operator credentials.
