Company Overview We represent a dynamic, midsize steel manufacturer specializing in heavy steel fabrication products for construction, including girders, trusses, I-beams, and custom structural assemblies. With a reputation for precision, safety, and reliability, we serve infrastructure, commercial, and industrial markets across the U.S. Role Summary The President of Steel Production & Fabrication will lead all aspects of steel material production and fabrication operations. This executive will drive excellence in safety, quality, scheduling, and team development, ensuring production goals are met while consistently exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end steel production and fabrication processes Champion a culture of safety and continuous improvement Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines Lead and mentor plant managers, engineers, and fabrication teams Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth Optimize operational efficiency, cost control, and resource allocation Maintain strong client relationships and support business development Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Ideal Candidate Profile We welcome applications from both seasoned executives and rising leaders ready to take the next significant step in their career. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years in steel manufacturing or heavy fabrication Proven leadership in multi-site or complex production environments Strong understanding of structural steel products for construction Track record of building high-performance teams Degreed Compensation: Highly competitive base + performance incentives + equity participation.
