The President will lead the company’s global strategy, operations and financial performance, driving long‑term, sustainable growth. This high‑impact role requires a proven strategic and commercial leader with the ability to elevate market strategy, unify teams, and accelerate performance.

 As a key partner to the global senior leadership team, the President will shape and execute growth plans, expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver industry‑leading profitability. This leader will guide sales execution, develop new revenue streams, and oversee business development efforts that support the next phase of company expansion.

 The President sets corporate direction, ensures operational excellence, maintains accountability for financial results, and nurtures strong customer, and supplier relationships across all global functions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s long‑term global strategy.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across markets, product categories, channels, and geographies.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Align product innovation with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present strategic plans and performance updates to the global senior team.

Financial Management

  • Hold full P&L responsibility.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and long‑term financial planning.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and return on invested capital.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, risk management, and cost discipline.
  • Report on financial performance to the company owners.

Commercial & Customer Leadership

  • Direct global sales, marketing, and channel strategies to expand market share.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and customer service standards.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial priorities and product development.

Organizational & Cultural Leadership

  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, safety, and operational rigor.
  • Ensure succession planning, leadership development, and workforce alignment to strategic goals.
  • Promote ethical conduct, diversity, inclusion, and cross‑regional collaboration.

Operational Leadership

  • Ensure high standards of efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Optimize global operational footprint, distribution networks, and enterprise systems.
  • Drive capital investment decisions for facilities, equipment, and technology.

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
  • Oversee enterprise risk management, including operational, geopolitical, and cybersecurity risks.
  • Maintain strong corporate governance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field required.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive management and leadership in manufacturing, industrial technology, instrumentation, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing P&L structures.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and profitability.
