Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher / Director to lead our early childhood program. This role involves classroom instruction, curriculum planning, and supporting a positive learning environment for children, staff, and families.
Responsibilities
- Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Teach foundational reading and math skills
- Support children’s social and emotional development
- Assess student progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Maintain classroom health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and state teaching certification
