New Preschool or Pre-K Assistant Teachers generally earn between $14 and $16 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

Job Summary
Help us implement Goddard’s comprehensive educational program! As a member of our teaching team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Advancing children’s intellectual, social, and physical development
- Supporting each child’s emotional development and providing positive guidance
- Ensuring compliance for all Goddard quality assurance, Cognia, and Texas childcare licensing at all times
- Executing lessons plans
- Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships
- Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom
- Working as a team
- Responding to all children’s needs
- Maintaining professional commitment
