Description
As a Prep Specialist, you'll be a key player behind the scenes, ensuring every ingredient is fresh, every cut is perfect, and every guest receives the high-quality experience they expect from TASTE.
Key Responsibilities:
Slice meats and cheeses for our signature sandwiches with precision and care
Prep fresh ingredients, including slicing tomatoes and portioning dressings, sauces, and composed salads
Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure all products are prepped and ready for service, maintaining the highest quality standards
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, preparing items accurately and to order
Support guest and team member needs with flexibility, speed, and a positive attitude
Understand dietary restrictions and allergens, and know how to accommodate guest requests safely and appropriately
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the kitchen and team
Requirements
Must 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability
