The Prep Manager plays a key role in executing our "Winning Hearts Every Day" strategy through Great Food, Fast & Accurate Service, and Genuine Hospitality. In this position, you will lead prep operations with excellence—ensuring all products are prepared with precision, care, and consistency to deliver a "REMARKable" guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Uphold standards of excellence in food safety, quality, and cleanliness within the prep area
• Lead and manage the production of all salads and cold side items
• Plan and execute daily production for bulk prep items to support operational needs
• Oversee preparation of cold products for catering orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Manage inventory, product rotation, and waste to ensure proper resource utilization
• Maintain organization and readiness of the prep area for peak business periods
• Train, coach, and develop team members to follow standards, processes, and procedures with consistency
• Support a culture of teamwork while ensuring a high level of guest-focused service

Requirements:

• Strong reading, writing, math, and verbal communication skills
• A passion for serving others with exceptional customer service
• Highly organized and consistent; able to manage prep production, inventory, and processes efficiently
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for extended periods
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and up to 50 lbs with assistance as needed
• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including hot, cold, noisy, and fast-paced settings
• Ability to learn and operate in cross-functional areas of the restaurant
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to flexibly work nights, weekends, and holidays
