Prep Entry Operator

Nesco Resource is currently seeking a Prep Entry Operator position located in Enoree, SC
The Prep Entry Operator is responsible for preparing and feeding fabric into the production process while ensuring materials are loaded correctly and production runs smoothly. This role supports textile finishing operations by monitoring fabric flow, assisting with machine setup, and helping maintain quality and efficiency standards throughout the shift.
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and load fabric rolls into the prep or finishing line according to production schedules.
• Feed fabric into machinery while monitoring alignment, tension, and continuous flow.
• Inspect fabric for visible defects, damage, or inconsistencies before and during processing.
• Assist with machine setup, roll changes, and basic adjustments as needed.
• Remove completed rolls and stage materials for the next step in production.
• Communicate machine issues, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors or maintenance.

• Previous manufacturing or textile experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
