The role of the Prep Cook is to prepare all items for designed by the culinary team and serve counter guests in a tasteful and visually appealing manner. Our Prep Cooks are given the opportunity to enhance their culinary skills and develop their career by supporting the entire culinary team, participating in learning opportunities, and actively assemble simple recipes. They are also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
