Prep Cook

Chesapeake's is looking for a Prep Cook to work at their West Knoxville location!

Responsibilities include: building items for the restaurant and marketplace, following recipe guidelines,  maintain accuracy of the product temperatures, keep a clean and sanitary work environment as well as perform all food procedures correctly. Work schedule is dayshift. You will need to ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly. This individual will be assembling ingredients according to recipe specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Team Player with a sense of humor

• Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
• Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
• Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
• Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
