Now open in Jacksonville, a new upscale-casual restaurant at the medical center's Southside campus seeks Prep Cooks.

• Perform food prep, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Inspect workstation for cleanliness and supplies.
• Prepare ingredients like vegetables, meats, sauces, pasta, and breads.
• Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Qualifications include 1-3 years of prep cook experience, strong knife skills, knowledge of cooking methods, and effective communication.
• Basic food safety and a Food Handler Certification are preferred.
