The role involves preparing ingredients, following recipes, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting efficient food production. Pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, with full-time employees eligible for benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. The ideal candidate has proven prep cook experience, knowledge of cooking techniques, strong communication skills, and physical stamina. Responsibilities include food prep, safety and sanitation adherence, inventory checks, and maintaining cleanliness. The job requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs., and working primarily indoors. This role reports to the Executive Chef and involves supporting a high-quality culinary operation in a dynamic, evolving setting.
