Prep Cook

Equipment: Slicers, ovens, steamers, commercial mixers, grills and dishwasher. Will work evening and weekend hours to assist with special programming and events.

Prep Cook in the Dayton area. This is Part-Time, with very few nights and weekends.
Duties: 

• Prepares and serves food in and attractive manner
• Works in the dish pit and busing/cleaning tables
• Strictly adheres to prescribed standardized recipes and kitchen procedures
• Maintains good personal hygiene
• Performs given duties at special meal functions
• Will work evening and weekend hours to assist with special programming and events
• Follows all necessary health requirements and dress code

Equipment:

• Slicers, ovens, steamers, commercial mixers, grills and dishwasher

Minimum Qualifications:

• Preferred 2 years of professional cooking experience.
• Preferred proficiency with knife skills such as dice, chop and julienne
• A person of good character
• Able to follow directions
• Willing to work a variety of schedules as needed
• Must be able to work well with others

Pay:$15.25
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, with very few nights and weekends
