Job Summary

Assists in food preparation for the food and beverage division, including preparing breakfast items, maintaining freshness, garnishing displays, ensuring proper refrigeration, and keeping work areas clean and safe. Must interact professionally with guests and associates.

Qualifications Standards

Education & Experience: High School diploma or related experience preferred.
Physical requirements: Ability to stand long hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and exert medium force.
Mental requirements: Clear communication, quick decision-making, ability to work under pressure, and maintain composure.

Duties & Functions:

  • Provide friendly, service-oriented guest and employee interactions.
  • Maintain attendance, appearance, and adherence to safety and hotel standards.
  • Assist with buffet setup, food prep, and breakdown.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety procedures.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and support food storage and rotation.
  • Attend meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned.
