Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sandwiches and menu items following Popeyes’ build charts and standards
• Prepare and portion sides like fries, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and red beans and rice
• Prepare and bake hot biscuits
• Set up and maintain sandwich, prep, and side stations during shifts
• Keep prep and assembly areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Prep ingredients and restock supplies as needed
• Communicate effectively with cooks, front-of-house team, and managers
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures strictly
• Assist with dishwashing, trash, and end-of-day cleaning tasks
• Support the team by learning and working multiple stations

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with pride in food presentation and accuracy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment around hot equipment
• Able to follow recipes, build charts, and standard procedures
• Strong communication skills with team members and managers
• Willingness to learn and work multiple stations
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 lbs occasionally), and move throughout shifts
• Eligible to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements
