The role involves serving as the child preparation and profile specialist for the Permanency Services program, conducting home and office visits with families, children, and professionals.
- Gathering relevant information from birth families, resource families, and others to develop comprehensive child profiles.
- Providing post-adoption services as needed.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in social services or related field (Master's preferred) and at least two years of relevant experience.
The position requires physical ability to bend, sit, stand, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs., along with visual and auditory skills.
