Advertised Job Summary:

Premium Services Manager for Colonial Life Arena (CLA), reports to the Senior Assistant General Manager for CLA. Position ensures the overall satisfaction of suite holders as well as actively selling group tickets for all family shows and events. Works to promote the use of executive and entertainment suites in the arena, maintain customer accounts, and manage sales efforts to increase arena revenue in the areas of group and premium sales.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of sales and superior customer service skills. Proficiency with MS Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, graphic design and Powerpoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organization and negotiation skills. Ability to multi-task under time limits. Attention to precise details and accuracy of specified standards. Ability to handle a high volume of contracts, work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
