The Pre-K 4 Aide at Ste. Genevieve Du Bois Catholic School supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-centered classroom environment for preschool students. This role assists with daily instruction, supervision, and classroom operations while helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually in alignment with the mission of the school.
High school diploma required; coursework in early childhood education preferred. Experience working with young children in a school or childcare setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to support classroom instruction and manage small groups. Dependable, organized, and able to follow direction. Patient, nurturing, and attentive to student needs. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff. Commitment to supporting a Catholic, faith-based educational environment.
