We are seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead complex commercial construction pursuits from concept through contract award. Description

  • Leadpreconstruction efforts forlarge‑scale and complex commercial projects
  • Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP budgets with a high degree of accuracy
  • Drive value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize design and cost
  • Coordinate estimating, scheduling, logistics, and procurement strategies
  • Mentor and manage preconstruction and estimating team members
  • Collaborate closely with operations, business development, and design partners
  • Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and client interviews
  • Support pursuit strategies in competitive hard‑bid, negotiated, and design‑build work
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and consultants

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant preconstruction leadership
  • Proven success delivering complex interior, renovation, and base building projects
  • Strong estimating, cost modeling, and scope analysis expertise
  • Experience leading pursuits exceeding $50M preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with industry estimating and preconstruction tools
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high performance culture
