Job Description
  • Lead the preconstruction process from concept through project handoff
  • Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and budgets
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify scope gaps and risks
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Develop value engineering strategies to optimize project cost and efficiency
  • Manage subcontractor outreach and bid packages
  • Support proposals and client presentations
  • Ensure alignment with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards

The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience as a Preconstruction Manager and/or Estimating
  • Strong background working on K-12 (school) construction projects
  • Demonstrated expertise in estimating and cost analysis
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Must be local to Moultrie, GA or willing to commute regularly
