Job Description- Leadpreconstruction efforts from conceptual budgeting throughGMP development
- Manage and mentor a team of estimators, reviewing takeoffs and pricing strategies
- Work closely with operations, business development, and ownership to align pursuits
- Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost plans for ground-up work
- Coordinate subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope reviews
- Support proposal efforts and client presentations

The Successful Applicant- 7+ years ofpreconstruction or estimating experience within aGC
- Experience managing or mentoring estimators
- Strong background in ground-up commercial projects ($10M+)
- Able to take ownership of multiple pursuits and communicate effectively with internal/external teams
- Interested in stepping into a leadership track role
