Build More Than Projects. Help Build the Future of Preconstruction.

For more than 100 years, Miller Brothers has built a reputation for delivering exceptional commercial construction projects across the Mid-Atlantic. Today, we're building something even bigger, modernizing our business, investing in technology, and creating scalable processes that position us for the next generation of growth.

We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager who wants to play a meaningful role in that journey.

This isn't simply an estimating position.

This is an opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership, shape how projects are pursued, strengthen client relationships, improve preconstruction operations, and help build the foundation for the future of our company.

If you enjoy combining technical expertise with relationship building, strategic thinking, and process improvement, we'd love to meet you.

You'll also play an important role in improving how we operate, bringing fresh ideas around technology, systems, AI, and process improvements that help our team become more efficient while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
