Description
- Lead the preconstruction phase across a range of commercial projects
- Develop accurate conceptual and detailed cost estimates and budgets
- Drive value engineering initiatives to enhance project outcomes
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and scope documentation
- Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Support client relationships and business development activities
Profile
- Experience in preconstruction, estimating, or cost management within a general contractor
- Strong understanding of construction methods and cost planning
- Ability to operate in a client-facing, strategic role
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
