Job Description

Lead full-cycle preconstruction for healthcare projects. Develop conceptual budgets, estimates, and GMPs. Manage subcontractor bidding, scope alignment, and procurement strategy. Conduct value engineering and constructability reviews. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers during design phases. Support transition from preconstruction to operations teams. Contribute to business development and client relationship management. Mentor junior preconstruction or estimating staff (for senior-level hires).

The Successful Applicant

6+ years of preconstruction/estimating experience. Strong background in healthcare construction (required). Experience managing full preconstruction lifecycle, not just estimating. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Experience with negotiated or design-build delivery preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Stable work history with reputable contractors preferred.
