Job Description- Prepare estimates conceptually utilizing general ideas and plans established by clients in both competitive and negotiated markets.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimate the costs of materials, labor, and equipment required to meet the provisions of the contract.
- Solicit and review quotes from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Reviews preliminary project general conditions, construction equipment requirements and projected cost and develops final project general conditions for review with Management.
- Assist Management with final determination of successful subcontractors and major equipment vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks.
- Build effective relationships with co-workers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of Preconstruction, Estimating, or hybrid PM/Estimator experience
- Large commercial, Light Industrial, or Warehouse experience preferred
- Experience with Warehouse / Distribution / Industrial projects
- Ground-up Preconstruction project experience required
- Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
- Ideal candidate will be proficient with MS Project and Bluebeam
