Our client is looking for an experienced and result-driven estimator or preconstruction manager to review project plans and assist in developing and executing competitive estimates along with a range of other responsibilities working directly with the VP. The office is 30+ people between Project Management, Precon/Estimating, Field, and Design Phase.The office is ran by two awesome leaders - both are very accessible and in the weeds with their people always regardless of their title and status.This office primarily works on large scale Commercial, Hospitality, and Education projects. They are also starting to dabble in some Healthcare as that is growing in Arizona.The culture in this office is excellent, there is a ton of flexibility - they know you are a person with a life outside of being an employee (are always good with people leaving for kid pick ups, personal stuff after work, kids sports games, etc.)My client is now a $10B company as a whole. Their 5-year plan is to double in size, in a healthy way. Their portfolio is 70% repeat business, and they are constantly saying no to extra work so their people don't get overloaded, they don't grow too quickly, and they can keep giving their clients top notch service.
