Job Title: Precon Manager

Job Overview:

• Lead the preconstruction phase of projects from inception to completion
• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for projects
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in preconstruction or related role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
