A Day in the Life

• Study blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs to plan each step.
• Set up and run fabrication equipment: CNC machines, welders, plasma cutters, grinders, and spot welders.
• Measure, cut, and form metals to precise tolerances.
• Assemble components with welding and other fastening methods.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality before sign-off.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve flow, quality, and throughput.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ year of experience in metal fabrication or a closely related trade.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Working knowledge of welding processes and fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications are a plus.
