Precision Mechanical Assembly Technician — Flow Creation Systems

Location: Ivyland, PA (Milton Roy — 201 Ivyland Rd., Warminster, PA 18974)

Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

A day in this role

You clock in at our Milton Roy Ivyland site, review the day’s work orders, and sync with the Williams Assembly team. You pull components and verify them against the bill of materials, then move to your station to build mission‑critical equipment. Throughout the day you’ll rotate between reading blueprints, assembling sub‑components with hand and pneumatic tools, and performing quality checks to ISO standards. You’ll lift up to 35 lbs solo (or coordinate a team lift up to 70 lbs), keep your area 5S‑organized, and document results before packaging finished units. You’ll attend EHS touchpoints monthly and wrap up by updating inventory needs so tomorrow’s shift can hit the ground running.

  • Inspect output against specifications; execute documented quality checks per ISO; identify defects and make or request adjustments/repairs; test and troubleshoot assemblies.
  • Participate in skills training and monthly EHS sessions; follow attendance and break policies.
  • Work safely: wear required PPE, report hazards promptly, maintain 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain), and observe a test PSI limit no greater than 30,000.
  • Lift a maximum of 35 lbs individually and 70 lbs with a partner; keep the work area clean and organized.
