You’ll Handle
First article, in‑process, and final inspections on manufactured components
Dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, height gages, dial indicators, and related instruments
CMM operation to confirm specifications (Mitutoyo, CMM‑Manager, or equivalent experience is a plus)
Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and welding symbols
Gage calibration and care of inspection equipment
Internal ISO audits and ongoing support of the quality management system
Recording inspection results, nonconforming material, and quality reports
Assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Partnering with production and engineering to resolve quality concerns
To Succeed Here
1+ year of manufacturing quality inspection experience
Proficiency with precision measuring tools and techniques
Comfort reading blueprints and applying GD&T
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 systems
CMM experience; exposure to Mitutoyo or CMM‑Manager preferred
Familiarity with welding symbols and weld inspection
Detail‑driven, analytical problem solver
High school diploma or equivalent
