They are known for their collaborative culture, investment in advanced manufacturing technologies, and commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and employee development.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and develop Engineering, Estimating, and Quality teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Provide technical leadership for CNC machining processes, tooling, fixturing, manufacturing optimization, and production support.Oversee the quoting and estimating process, ensuring accurate cost analysis and competitive pricing.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cycle time reduction, and operational efficiency.Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Sales to support new business opportunities and manufacturing strategy.Oversee quality management systems, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance.Support new product introductions, manufacturing process development, and customer technical reviews.Monitor key performance indicators, departmental budgets, and resource planning while contributing to long-term business strategy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
