Step into a day where precision meets problem‑solving
You clock in to a well-organized cell, review the latest MICA’s, and pick up a new build ticket. By mid-morning, you’ve assembled a complex subassembly to print specifications, verified tolerances, and documented your work. After lunch, you bring a completed module to life on the test bench—running mechanical and electrical checks with instruments and fixtures—then you troubleshoot a fault discovered during test, correct it, and capture the outcome before your shift ends.
What you'll do
- Assemble, test, disassemble, and re-build electromechanical units, subassemblies, and full machine modules using standard processes documented in MICA’s.
- Build to print specifications, following schematics, blueprints, and established quality criteria.
- Complete cell documentation: requisitions, QDMS’s, time sheets, assembly logs, checklists, and related records.
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing on subassemblies with appropriate instruments and fixtures, diagnose issues uncovered during test, and implement corrective actions.

What you bring
- 3–10 years of hands-on Electromechanical Assembly experience; background in semiconductor capital equipment is preferred.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Cable soldering and crimping experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
