Picture your day: you arrive on the floor, review the production schedule, and pull up the work orders for the first run. You verify the blueprint, prepare the setup, and bring the CNC machine online. As the first part comes off, you check dimensions, make fine adjustments, and keep the process moving smoothly. Throughout the shift, you coordinate with teammates to hit deadlines, keep the work cell tidy and safe, and record your results with care.

What you’ll own

• Set up and run CNC equipment in alignment with specifications and production timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to ensure precise output.
• Observe machine performance, verify quality, and maintain consistency across parts.
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Keep the work area organized and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Document processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date production records.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience operating CNC machinery or in a comparable machining role.
• Solid understanding of CNC machines, tooling, and related equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and detailed blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and overtime when required.
