Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical machining education or certification preferred.
5+ years in CNC machining, including 2+ years leading or supervising others.
Fluent in blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings.
Strong command of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
Detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
