Help us deliver precision components on schedule as a key contributor in the Manufacturing department. You’ll report to the Manufacturing Manager and be trusted with setup, operation, and program edits across CNC equipment while championing quality and Lean improvements.

Your impact
- Translate travelers, drawings, and specifications into efficient machine setups and reliable production runs.
- Retrieve, modify, and execute CNC programs directly from system files to optimize cycle times and quality.
- Own in-process quality: verify your work prior to final inspection and uphold documentation standards in E2.
- Keep equipment performance-ready—clean machines, maintain fluid levels, and restore fixtures/tooling at job close.
- Surface setup-reduction ideas and Lean opportunities to the appropriate 6S team lead.
- Support the broader shop with non-CNC tasks such as handwork, inspections, saw cutting, or operating other equipment as needed.
- Communicate proactively with your supervisor about issues, risks, or improvement opportunities, including cost impacts.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.

- Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and multitask independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Solid understanding of CNC program formats and editing.
- Competence using a range of inspection gauges.
- Basic computer skills.
Experience and credentials
- 5 years of relevant CNC machining experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
