If so, Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Precision CNC Milling & Turning Specialist for a growing custom shop in the Capital Region. You’ll own setups, machining, troubleshooting, and programming on Mazak equipment that supports power generation, infrastructure, defense, and data center projects.

What you’ll work on

• Set up and operate Mazak CNC machining centers
• Program and edit directly at the machine
• Produce custom, short-run precision components
• Machine stainless steel, aluminum, plastics, Inconel, and specialty metals
• Read blueprints/technical drawings and verify features with precision tools
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues
• Keep a clean, safe workstation and collaborate to solve challenges

What you bring

• CNC machining experience required
• Strong setup experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Mazak (preferred)
• Multi-axis or 5-axis experience (preferred)
• Blueprint literacy and skilled use of precision measuring instruments
• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting ability
• Job shop experience (preferred)
• Consistent work history and team orientation

Compensation & benefits

• Pay: $24.00 – $34.00+ per hour (based on experience)
